Burning Through a Burnout

I feel Burnt Out. Tired. Bummed out.

To the point where I don’t even want to horseback ride anymore…I dread it.

I don’t really want to do anything.

I just want to be home.  Doing nothing. Maybe sleep.

So what do I do?

I finally used my gym for the first time since moving!

My burn-out seems very similar to the beginning of that slippery slope to depression.

I didn’t do much, but a quick 15 minute HIIT workout raised my spirits a little bit.

15 second intervals, 2 min rounds, 1 min rest

  1. TRX Wide Row
  2. Perfect Pushup
  3. High Roundhouse Kicks
  4. TRX Reverse Row
  5. TRX Extensions

I still feel burnt out and stressed, but I’m pretty pleased that I can go downstairs anytime and do my thing.
