I began Fighting the Fat Kid Within with the idea of using it to help me with my own self efficacy; but I also have been looking into taking control over my training career.
Most of you, dear readers, probably don’t get excited over a date night with your significant other if it involves lifting weights at the gym. To most normal people that type of date seems horrible. Who thinks of THAT as a date?! Yours truly.
You are following me for a reason (and I can’t thank you enough). Maybe it’s that I aim to look at diet and fitness trends using a scientific standpoint; maybe it’s the reviews…or maybe (just maybe) it’s my personality (come on…admit it!). Pretty soon I will begin posting a few fitness tips and challenges. For whatever reason you have decided to click that “follow” button. Now I want to hear from you.
